NEMSA Educational Grant
Application and Agreement
NEMSA, through its Education Committee, is pleased
to be able to offer a limited number of Educational Grants to groups and
individuals who offer EMS education located geographically across
Nebraska, providing those groups and individuals meet the following
guidelines:
- All NEMSA
supported continuing education must meet the DOT objectives, and use
instructors that are qualified in their subject matter.
- Any request for
funding must be made by submitting a “NEMSA Educational Grant
Application and Agreement” at least 90 days prior to the event and
must provide an outline of the event schedule, including
instructor information.
- Any NEMSA
supported training must be offered and advertised to services in the
surrounding areas.
- Within ninety
days of the event the approved group or individual will provide the
Education Committee with a report including the printed brochure and
attendance roster.
- All advertising
for EMS education that receives NEMSA funding will indicate funding
support from NEMSA in brochures and advertising.
- NEMSA may
provide representation in the form of a representative or booth at the
educational offering.
